This weekend Anna and I were apparently ghosts.

Hanging out with the other ghosts in town...

Happy 4th of July

Got up this morning 

for a Firecracker 5k race with Anna

It felt great getting up early and getting a workout out of the way on a holiday

Then I met up with her family for our town's 4th of July parade

so much fun being around kids for the holiday

and tonight I am home bound

acting at the protector for my very

fireworks adverse pup

Back at it

I'm back at it again...

Training schedule is up and I'm outdoors again.

Sunday I ran for the first time since training for 

THIS

somehow it ended up hurting every muscle in my body.

I'm motivated though

to finally make a good race time.

so...

let the training begin!

Look who's back...

Baby girl is back in the hizzy for shizzy!

She still has to heal a bit... but the important thing is that she is home for good! 

I've missed her so much. The house has been empty without her.
