Happy Friday!

I loved today's note from the Universe

For me, Ashley, loving you and your life has never been a function of what you do or don't do, have or don't have, are or are not. That would be rather ridiculous, don't you think? Not to mention superficial, judgmental, and thoroughly dim-witted.

I think you should adopt the same policy.

It's a Wonderful Life

Adding to my Christmas List
Abbie and I watched

It's a Wonderful Life  this week.

I'm not a huge fan of the old black and white movies
but I have to say that I  LOVED this movie!
Loved it!

It was actually pretty funny, not to mention a great story.

What is your favorite Christmas movie?

miss american pie

My mom wanted to make a chocolate pudding pie over Thanksgiving
but we never got around to it
so I decided to make one myself last night

I did the super easy and cheapie chocolate pudding pie
1.Heated the pre-made pie crust
2. Made my own whipped topping
(which is SUPER easy and 100 time better than store bought)

(I hate when blogger flips my photos for no reason)

3. put 1/2 chocolate pudding in the pie crust
4. mix the rest of the pudding with "cool whip"
5. decorate

I actually ate too much of the pudding while making it so I didn't have any last night.

Today we are digging in though.
