My work allowed me to rearrange my work schedule so I can have time for my morning runs.
Today was my first day

As you can see - it was hot, hot, hot.  
This will take some getting use to.

I'm also working on figuring out what to eat before and after.  
I usually have a very large breakfast with eggs and english muffins, coffee and fruit of some sort.
But I can have all that before an early run.

Today I tried just an Ezekiel muffin with peanut butter 
then had the other half with a green monster afterwards.

I think I need something with a higher GI before my run.  I'll stick with this for this week though.

Good news is- I'm finally getting into the rhythm of running again.  
Feels good.
