 It's the return of the RED FACE!

I decided to take the past two weeks off from the gym.
I just felt like I needed a break from my routine.
and it was GREAT. 
It was so nice to come home straight from work and have so much time.

But today I got my ass back in the gym.
Time to start training for my 3rd 1/2 marathon in September
and my 1st full marathon in November.

This time my 1/2 marathon goal is 2 hours
which is 15 mins off my last run.

 
The last run I did I felt wonderful
but I know I can do so much better.
This will be the first race that will be an actually REAL challenge for me.

And I'm keeping the bar high by making my marathon goal 4 hours. 
werd.

On the healthy eating front
I've completely fallen off the wagon

To go with my training I'll be consuming a little more of this

and a little less of this
